What if the shoes don't fit? Provided that the shoes are not a special order, then it is a simple matter to return shoes - provided, that they are "as new" (tried out on a carpet etc etc) and that this is done within seve days of receipt.
You call us for a returns number and instructions. We will advise you the returns address (we sometimes return to the manufacturer). We strongly advise you to use a guranteed and insured method. If the shoes are under 2 kilos then from the UK Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £7.40. |
| Do you have the shoes in stock? We keep a range of shoes in stock but do not have the space to stock all shoes we advertise in all sizes and colours. We therefore often have to order from the manufacturer. It is generally possible for us to ascertain the stock position of Loake shoes online. Other manufacturers do not have this facility and we assume that they are in stock. Occasionally this is not the case and the manufacturer generally tells us within a few minutes of our order.
If it is important for you to know before placing the order just telephone and we will find out. Our policy is not to charge your card until we are ready to ship the goods.

| How much will it cost to send an item? You can easily determine this by adding the goods you are interested in to the basket and proceeding to checkout.
On the first page of the checkout you are asked to select the invoice location and the shipping destination. On the next page you will see the default shipping charge. If there are alternative shipping options they are shown at the bottom of the page. This is all visible before you complete any personal details and you can proceed with your purchase or abandon the transaction.
