UK Deliveries UK Deliveries: deliveries to all UK addresses are free (this includes deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and to Northern Ireland). When shipping within the UK, we send shoes using Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS. Within the UK, we aim to provide a 24 hour service: if orders are placed before 3pm on any working day, they will normally be despatched that same day and delivery will be made on the next working day in most areas.
Saturday Deliveries (UK only): a £2.35 charge is made for deliveries of shoes before 1pm on Saturdays. This may be a convenient option for those customers, who find it difficult to take delivery of packages during the week.
Please note that we and our suppliers always operate on a best endeavour basis - regrettably no shipper is absolutely 100% reliable. |
| SHIPPING to Europe When shipping to European destinations (currently £9.00), we send goods by Royal Mail Airsure service (2kg limit) or by UPS Standard service. The Airsure service has priority handling and is tracked. We sometimes ship using UPS for orders weighing under 2kg; we always ship using UPS for orders weighing over 2kg. For more detailed information about UPS, please scroll down this page.
We also offer UPS EXPRESS shipping to most European countries but an additional charge is made for this service.
Airsure offers priority handling in the UK and abroad and gives online tracking and delivery confirmation so, if it is available, we will always use this service unless a customer chooses to use UPS. The weight limit for the Airsure service is 2kg, which will cover most shipments of shoes and boots.
The Airsure service may be used for deliveries to the following European countries (listed alphabetically):
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. |

| SHIPPING to Australia and Japan. When shipping to Australia and Japan, we send goods using Royal Mail International Signed For Service (weight limit 2kg) or by UPS Express. We currently charge a flat rate of £19.00 per order up to 2kg and £39.00 per order up to 4kg.
Royal Mail states "If you use International Signed For with Airmail delivery our target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.......We track all International Signed For items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, we can’t track your International Signed For item all the way to delivery in every instance or always be able to provide a confirmation of delivery. "
We can also ship using UPS, should one of their services be preferred or for orders weighing over 2kg. For more detailed information about UPS, please scroll down this page.
In our experience the target times are only met in about 50% of cases and many customers wait up to 20 days. Having said that, so far, every item has arrived at the destination within 30 days. |
| UPS Europe If you choose UPS for shipping, your order can easily be tracked on the UPS website. We will give you the UPS tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
