Tax Free Orders If your shoes or boots are to be delivered outside the European Union, they may be purchased free of UK tax:
When you add items to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout, tax (VAT) will be shown, because at this stage the system does not know if you are entitled to tax free shopping or not.
On the first check out page, you will be asked under 'Select Shipping Destination' for your country for delivery. When you proceed to the second page for the 'Invoice Address' (after having selected the relevant non-EU country from the drop down box on the first page), you will see that the tax (VAT) has been removed. |
| EU Special Territories For orders being delivered to the Channel Islands or the Canary Islands, Aland Islands, Mount Athos etc, please enter United Kingdom or Spain, Finland, Greece etc under 'Select Shipping Destination'. When you proceed to the second page for the 'Invoice Address', please tick the relevant box under 'Taxes' after the 'Invoice Address' has been completed and enter the relevant island or 'special territory' name. |
| BFPO Addresses outside the EU For orders being delivered to BFPO addresses outwith the EU, please enter 'United Kingdom' under 'Select Shipping Destination'. When you proceed to the second page for the 'Invoice Address', please tick the relevant box under 'Taxes' after the 'Invoice Address' has been completed and enter the relevant BFPO number.
